Parking charge is £2.00 per hour if you purchase a permit from us at reception.
Enter the cricket ground at the main entrance on Eaton Road (between Ashdown and the new Tate building)
Once inside the grounds turn left at the junction and follow the signs to Stride Healthcare, which is next to the main reception.
Pay and display parking is available near the clinic (£1.50 minimum charge) cash only at the meter. Or £1.50 per hour using the PopPay app. Please note that parking in the ground may be limited or unavailable on match or event days.
Visiting us
At your first visit you will be welcomed by our friendly reception staff and shown to our waiting area. You will be asked to fill out an initial contact form with details of your GP or consultant, and your policy details if you are covered by private health insurance. If you have a referral letter or any X-Ray or scan results please bring them with you.
Initial appointments last 30 minutes. During this time your physiotherapist will take a history and do a thorough examination. You will usually be asked to undress and expose the area to be assessed so please feel free bring shorts or a vest top if necessary.
Your physiotherapist will give you advice on the diagnosis and treatment plan, and start to treat the area. You will be given some exercises to follow at home if appropriate.
You are welcome to bring a friend or family member to your appointment.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT A PARKING ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM IS IN OPERATION AT A CHARGE OF £1.50 FOR 1 HOUR.
